piqlFilm
A black-and-white photosensitive silver-halide film that can store both human-readable and computer-readable information (in the form of QR codes) and can store text, documents and images/photos.
IPK and GeneEver have collaborated on development and co-storage cryopreserved plant material and their associated data since 2022. IPK has now implemented the use of piqlFilm equipped cryoboxes from GenEver for the international safety copy of its cryopreserved plant material
